Oriental Spice Black
The word Congou refers to a tea made with highest mastery or careful skill to produce thin, light strips without breaking the leaves. The resulting toasty black tea is smooth and sweet with the flavor of unsweetened baked apples. This is then mixed with orange pieces, bits of cinnamon clove and natural orange essence to create a well balanced, sweet and spicy tasting tea that tastes great hot or iced.
Ingredients: China Congou black tea, orange pieces, cinnamon clove and natural orange essence. It brews into a sweet and spicy tasting tea that tastes great hot or iced.
Brewing Tips: Oriental Spice Black tea should be made with water brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.
This tea should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached
Decant and enjoy!
