Dragon Well, the translation for Longjing Tea, is a flat style leaf that is fired shortly after being picked. The firing stops the oxidation of the leaf and maintains a delicate and slightly sweet flavor profile. Our Dragonwell Green tea emits a smooth, sweet liquor with slight nutty, earthy tones.This tea provides a hint of kelp on the palette with a less grassy flavor than other green teas. Dragonwell is often considered to be the finest of all green tea varieties, and ours is no exception. Dragonwell Green tea is delicious both hot and over ice.
Ingredients: Dragonwell Green Tea.
Brewing Tips: Dragonwell tea should be made with water brought to 150 to 160° F. Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.
This tea should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached
