Butterly Blue Pea Tea
Butterfly Blue Pea tea (otherwise known as 'Blue Tea') is a rare, caffeine-free herbal tea, or tisane. This beverage is made from an infusion of the flower petals or even whole flower of the Clitoria ternatea plant. Our butterfly pea flowers are from wild grown vines in Thailand that are hand-picked, just as they were hundreds of years ago.

Brewing Tips: Butterfly Blue Pea tea should be made with cold, filtered water that has been brought up to around 190° F). Add one rounded teaspoon of these herbal loose leaf tea leaves for each cup.
Butterfly Blue Pea is an herbal loose leaf tea (or tisane) that should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Once the ideal brewing time has been reached, remove the loose leaf tea to prevent further steeping. Decant and Enjoy!
