Considered the birthplace of tea, the unique terroir of cloudy and misty mountains in Yunnan help produce this very unique tea. Cultivated in China’s Yunnan Province, this black tea has a wiry and twisted leaf with distinctive golden tips featured amongst dark leaves. Combining some of the best characteristics of traditional China teas as well as teas from India, China Yunnan yields a rich amber-red liquor in the cup when brewed. This teas robust and almost peppery flavor will soon become your favorite!

Brewing Tips: China Ying Ming Yunnan tea should be made with water brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.

This China Yunnan tea should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached

Decant and enjoy!
