The slight sweet taste with a wonderful floral aroma makes this such a comforting tea, even before you drink it. Grown at the Blackwood Estate in Ceylon, this loose leaf tea is certified organic by its growers. A strong tea with a full, brisk flavor, it produces a liquor that is bright and sparkling in the cup.

Note: This fertile estate is located around 4,000 feet in elevation and is famous for its commitment to its workers. This tea is certified Fair Trade. This means the workers are paid a living wage and given opportunities and the plants are grown organic and sustainably!

Brewing Tips: Organic Ceylon (Blackwood Estate) tea should be made with water brought to a rolling boil (205-212° F). Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.

This tea should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached
