Our Organic Chun Mee Green Tea is a truly exceptional Chunmee tea. Light spring nose, full bodied with notes of toast, sweet plum and moss - stunning. This classic organic tea from China is carefully hand-rolled to attain the delicate eye-brow shape that it is known for. For this reason, Chun Mee is also referred to as "Precious Eyebrows" tea.
This organic loose leaf chun mee tea produces a medium-bodied golden infusion with a slight fruity tartness that some liken to plums. A very faint smokiness can also be detected from the vigorous rolling and firing process used on this organic green tea. We recommend enjoying this tea hot.

Brewing Tips: Organic Chun Mee Green loose leaf tea should be made with water brought to 150 to 160° F. Using one teaspoon of loose leaf tea for each cup.
This Chun Mee green tea should be steeped for 4-5 minutes. Remove the leaves once the brewing time is reached
